Robe
A lady’s informal robe on a midnight blue ground, finely embroidered overall with scholar’s vessels, issuing chrysanthemum, peaches and stylised peonies. Many of the vessels worked in Peking knot. The sleeve bands embroidered with ladies in gardens. Exceptionally good condition.
